เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางมาฆวดี สุมิตรเหมาะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมะนิลา พร้อมด้วยทีมประเทศไทย ได้เข้าพบผู้บริหาร Clark Development Corporation (CDC) โดยมี Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera ประธานและเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร CDC ให้การต้อนรับ โดยได้เยี่ยมชมและรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone (CFEZ) รวมทั้งได้สำรวจพื้นที่ท่าอากาศยาน Clark International Airport ณ จังหวัด Pampanga โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสวงหาลู่ทางในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับฟิลิปปินส์ในด้านการค้า การลงทุน และการท่องเที่ยวที่จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทั้งสองประเทศ โดยฟิลิปปินส์มีความประสงค์ที่จะส่งเสริมและพัฒนาพื้นที่ CFEZ ให้เป็นเป้าหมายในการลงทุน การท่องเที่ยว การกีฬา และสถานที่จัดกิจกรรม MICE ระดับโลก 

On 31 July 2025, Her Excellency Mrs. Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines along with members of Team Thailand in the Philippines met with executives of Clark Development Corporation (CDC). Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, President and CEO of CDC received the Ambassador and her delegation. This was followed by a briefing on the development of Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone (CFEZ) and a site visit to Clark International Airport in Pampanga. The purpose of this visit was to seek new areas of mutually beneficial cooperation between Thailand and the Philippines in trade, investment, and toursim. The Philippines have promoted and developed CFEZ to become a global destination for investment, tourism, sports, and MICE events.
