On 23 July 2013, H.E. Prasas Prasasvinitchai, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, hosted a dinner in honour of Mr. Achvin Wichaidit, Deputy Director of NIA and party on the occasion of the latter’s visit to attend a seminar and exchange views with the Philippine related agencies in the Philippines between 23 – 25 July 2013.
