The Royal Thai Embassy in Manila held an activity to express Thai citizen’s allegiance and to pay tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand. H.E. Thanatip Upatising, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of the Philippines, led Embassy’s officials and their spouses as well as Team Thailand in the Philippines in pledging of allegiance and singing the Royal Anthem.
On 7 November 2016 at 15.00 hrs., Mr. Munin Paniswasdi, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., welcomed Honorable Jejomar C. Binay, Former Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines to pay respect and sign the Book of Condolence in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila.
On 28 October 2016 at 14.30 hrs., His Excellency Thanatip Upatising welcomed His Excellency Benigno S.Aquino III, 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines to pay respect and sign the Book of Condolence in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila.
On 31 October 2016 at 10.00 hrs., His Excellency Thanatip Upatising welcomed His Excellency Fidel Valdez Ramos, 12th President of the Republic of the Philippines to pay respect and sign the Book of Condolence in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila. Later, Ms. Cynthia Aguilar Villar, Senator and Chair for Committee on Environment and Natural Resources and Committee on Social Justice, Welfare and Rural Development also came to pay respect and sign the Book of Condolence.
On 26 October 2016, His Excellency Thanatip Upatising welcomed Honourable Leni Robredo, Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines to pay respect and sign the Book of Condolence in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila.
